We aim to only ship out functional and working items.

If you have an issue with a product that wasn’t made clear in our listing, for example a game that doesn’t work or an item with a major defect not stated by us, fill out a  contact  form stating the issues and order number.

We will gladly accept any return within 30 days of purchase. Buyers will be responsible to pay for return shipping if necessary, and a full refund will be given when we receive the defective item. 

We pack our items as securely as possible and are not responsible for any mishandling of packages by postal workers
